do the rudder-pedals show motion if you push the brakes?

hey guys...i have in my mind, that the pedals showed motion when i hit the breaks.they tilted forwards i believe...but somehow, if i now hit the breaks, the pedals dont move anymore...
is that only in my game?is my memory wrong?

Well, it only works in planes with toe brakes, so which planes are you trying this in?
