I drive a Toyota Tacoma... started out on the yotatech forums several years ago. Ended up just keeping the same nick for 1c forums to make things easier to remember. Simple as that!

I used to fly the Britten Norman Islander, they have the nickname 'bongo' don't know if it's from the military or just general affection, and because I have a lack of imagination and am lazy I can't be bothered to change it to Learjetdriver :)

there was a monkey soft toy in a friend's room at uni, it was christened "titus gibbonicus" after the Shakespearean Titus Andronicus (long story, altered states etc). hyperlobby wouldn't accept such a long name in combination with my squad tag of MD, so it got shortened.

long story short:

past lactose intolerance > special food in summer camping > like tamagotchi i had "special food" > tamagotchi for all friends > tama commonly > tamat palyndrom chosen for my wing nick..
