Need help for skin

i just download a skin, now how can i add it on my game??

Navigate to \Users\.......\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover\PaintSchemes\Skins

and extract the skin into the folder with a similar name.

i got this file Wingers_109-E3 i copy and paste it to this folder but nothing hapen :|
