Are there any static or moving soldiers in the mission builder? I can't find any.

I've heard about a moving bicycle with a soldier on it.

Try field-kitchen object and make sure spawnhumans=1 in conf.ini. All humans belong to some equipment only like motorcycles, etc.

Plz make a mission with an airfield packed with human action. Or even kewler, populate the streets of London (a part of it).

A small one - is the infamous "Cross-country" edited, Blenheim departure is from Isle of Wight and due different runaway orientation is ease to take off.
Loadout: 65% of fuel and four 250 lbs bombs.

Some vehicles - and if edit conf.ini SpawnHumans=1 with crew members - moving around, to distract while heats the engines. Not scripted.

I see the Actor settings now but nothing happens when I select them

CloD FMB is not finished. Most that are know actually is by "reverse engineering".
