Care to add the patch frequency for Steam's top 100 so we can compare?
http://store.steampowered.com/stats
Feel free to add other, non Steam, games as well.

I fail to see your point, sir.. this is a survey strictly related with the IL2CoD' communication/patches e(in)volution

nice found mate
is good to have it all of them in one thread:-P

JG52Krupi 08-02-2011 10:13 AM

To be fair they did say we would not be getting quick patches anymore :(

About six of us were about to take Clod out for a spin last nighton the 24/7 war when the Syndicate server crashed?
We then launched our own server and had some fun. It was nice to have a look at the old bird after so many days.
For those waiting for a patch, it's going to be a while.
We at the 69Giap are just trying to enjoy what we have with the knowledge it will get better.

Like krupi stated:

I think there'll be a lot less frequent but bigger patches, most likely followed by "hotfixes" to iron out huge flops :)

I'm happy meanwhile, it's summer vacation, I get to go outside my house a little, so I know what to wait for during the winter :)

i approve of this thread!

The +39 days figure (as of now) is what is counting, imo.

What do the characters in brackets mean, though? The RLS tag is not too hard to guess, but the PCH tag? Is it "Patch content heap", like, a heap of content info for a patch? :D
And the NWS tag? Probably "Not worth seeing" ? ;)

Welcome back. :)

I'm doing the same...going out and persuing other interests for a bit. I do think that when a patch arrives, it will be a pretty substantial one.
