CoD disappeared from Sim HQ

I see CoD has disappeared from the Sim HQ listing.

I also tried to access it from my favourites list and got a message access denied.

Anyone else as I have done nothing to get banned?

being re-constructed...should be back in a few minutes

Raggz 07-17-2011 11:16 AM

looks like it has been removed.

Maybe they will bring it back with a large number of posts removed.

I am certain the Mods were totally sick of the behaviour of some posters, especially as the Mods were getting it in both ears for not doing enough moderating (as some people saw it)

I guess with all the flame wars the hard drive self destructed.

Given that SimHQ has no need to host a CloD forum at all (unlike Ubisoft and 1C), they would be perfectly entitled to pull it permanently - and given the endless sniping and negativity the forum suffered from, I wouldn't blame them if they did.

If the whiners want a forum to tell each other how much they lack a life, they can set one up for themselves. Yes, I know you feel cheated, and yes, I know you can come up with complicated explanations for why you expect to be cheated again next week - I just don't care.

I hope to see it back and kept under control, SimHQ has always been a useful site, in fact I took the time to check in on their IL-2 Forums and they are an example of how forums should be.
