Looks rubbish from up close but i wonder if this was the inspiration for the ground textures in CoD ;)
The roads remind me of the rail line beside the Dover cliffs :)

My grandmother worked in that building at some point during the war as some kind of quality inspector, approving work on various B-17 components as they were assembled. Thanks for the link.
