Sound issues in SP mode

Was flying last night for about 30 minutes and started to get sound stutters and had to reload the game. Anyone else get this?

could you recreate it? and tell us what your core(s) activity is prior and during the stuttering?

S!

I was in QMB/SM and three planes were involved. Not much stress on my computer at the time and it was the first time I had sound issues.

I ask because i am not sure how they divided the load up amongst the cores an the stuttering sounds like one of the cores getting maxed out for some reason.

That's an interesting point, and a reason I won't invest in a new card as yet.

I'm no tech head , but if the game isn't yet optimised for quad core, and mine operates at 2.8 plus whatever turbo boost gives, how do I know that it isn't the processor limiting performance rather than the graphics card?

Or rather the software pushing one core too hard?

If anyone would like to answer this, please keep it in layperson's terms becase I'm pc stupid.

Cheers.
