For the blood it is NOT where it is supposed to be in Tekron

No idea what you're talking about, mate. This is King's Bounty: The Legend. There is no such thing as Tekron or the other shit you mentioned in this game. For funny addons go to the respective forum.

Elenhel is next to the bridge between Verona and Montero.

As for the blood, it can appear as a random item in a shop. But it should always be available from the NPC selling the "used" dragon eggs. He's on the coast, right near where your ship first appears when you go to Tekron. If he doesn't have it, I'm not sure what's going on.

If this is Armored Princess or Crossworlds, please go to the respective forum...
This here is King's Bounty: The Legend and it is very confusing for other people browsing this forum when they get results from stuf that is NOT in the game.

Moreover, when in the appropriate forum a simple search will turn up this quest.
