How do I make a dogfight refly game?
 

Have made any number of dogfight maps in IL2 but cannot for the life of me figure out what I am doing wrong in CoD. All I want to do is create 2 Homebases, 1 Red and 1 Blue in 2 relatively close airfields so a friend and I can duke it out, refly, and test aircraft.
All I can seem to manage is making a mission but once ur dead it's game over.
I can't seem to make a game where u can refly.
Is there also an issue with enabling unlimited ammo/fuel and then not being able to use complex engine management because when I enable unlim f/a I can't turn the fuel cock on and hence can't start the engine.
Can some1 please please give me the basics or point me to where the info is ?
