Couple of IL2 questions.
 

Obviously I didn`t find anything covering those in the manual.

1. How do I enable the speedbar?
2. How do I save my custom plane skin and markings for qmb?
3. How can I make pilot`s head move faster in pan mode?
4. Which Oerlikon 20mm cannon round is the explosive one?
5. How do I make the terrain (ground textures) appear detailed and crisp while setting low details on the buildings, shadows and trees?
6. How can I make training missions for takeoff and landing (strictly for CEM training purposes)?
7. I am having serious trouble managing the advanced CEM. I would like to know if there are any CEM guides available.
