Battle of Britain Day.September 15th. 75 Years Ago.
 

As today is the Official 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, I thought I would share with you the thoughts of a Royal Air Force fighter pilot Ken Wilkinson. It was recorded very recently.

They all will be gone soon from both sides.

Today, I also took a distant photo today of a Hurricane flying near my home. I only had my mobile phone, but at least it's identifiable as a Hurricane!
About two minutes earlier, it flew very, very low over my house...:grin:
