Playing online on a MAC
 

Hi,
This is my first post here, haven´t been registered that long. I found 1C Company just a couple of days ago when I got the urge to play IL-2 again after 8 years away from it. In those years a lot have happened, I´ve gone from PC to MAC and I´ve lost my Saitek x52 joystick(don't ask me how).

Now to my question, Is there anyone of you guys that plays IL-2 sturmovik(any version) on a MAC and online?? And if you do, what setup are you using? Bootcamp, Crossover or Wine? Hyperlobby or Xfire?

MAC spec:
MacBook RETINA 15", 2013 i7.

Anyone using Saitek x52 Flight control system on a mac and can confirm that it will work?

I´m hoping someone can help me get up there again, just to feel the wind in my face a couple of more runs ;)

I play on an iMac/bootcamp and use an X52 and CH pro pedals... all works just as you expect - didn't even load any stick or pedal drivers, just use windows defaults.... Got for it...

Same:

I'm using Window 8.1 on a Macbook Pro using Bootcamp.

No drivers needed to be installed.

The game just works.

(as with other windows users Ive installed in the user/document folder, not Programs)
