hey, i skiped on a quest text by mistake and npc wont give me any more hints where to find this guy.

Quest : A Picture to Remember (Ice and Fire)
Start NPC: Tlak in Caverns of Mystery

i need to find a painter named Alex Artisto. and i dont' remember ever seeing him anywhere :)

With 2 months delay... it's on the east freedom island not far from the Titan's Museum. If I'm not mistaken he's on a house which says "Old House"
