I´d say logitech...my is something like C210...i dont remember...but it has to be in a certain distance...maybe the 250/300 models will be better. Otherwise simple to remove IR filter and to install the floppy disk filter. It is possible to adjust everything.

PS3Eye - 75fps at 640x480 - very few, if at all any webcam has similar performance (75fps is very, very important for head tracking). bit of a fiddle getting the drivers/fixes to work for FreeTrack on Win 7 x64, and it's not entirely stable, though that could be FreeTrack rather than the PS3Eye.
