Tool for making user face?

Will there be any tool from 1c or 3rd party to make our 3d face in game?
It's fun to have one when you play with squadron and make some movies :-P

This was mentioned some way back but the answer was that it wouldn't be possible. The reason given made sense. Sorry I can't give a link
