Lack of markings on static a/c in FMB

I have the box tickled for markings on all static a/c but none are showing during play nor in ther creation window. Is this a problem for all or am I missing something?

I don't have the beta patches installed.

This also goes for skins too,if you choose let's say 8 aircraft and give them all an alternative skin only 4 of the skins show up.
