I really miss this, is there any hope we will get this soon?
May be from 3rd party supplier?

i also miss the map and route view and the possibility to change skin, load-out, convergence etc etc

I agree: we need a map screen with flight routes and meeting points and mission target, a briefing and a plane load out section.

A lil bit of immersivity would be nice also. Like the nicely done Seafire campaign on old IL2 where there had been a list of each pilots in the squadron with individual logs and a debriefing section.
