Help,dose any one no what this is

Hi guys,got the game up,and spent a few days tweaking,Ive did have problems flying over land but seems ok now,im just getting these weird images on the ground,im no expert so pardon the pun, Thanks for your time,i would be greatful if anyone new?

Any tweaks of mip-map detail in drivers or visibility distance in conf.ini ?
Ground detail set to low?

graphics card is upto date Nivida 266.58,even tried roling back and beta drivers still no joy! :(
