Repairing problem.

I have a problem with the repair-kit.
The moment I want to use the repair-kit, nothings happens. The toolbox is in the hands of the character, but no wreng appears.
Is it a bug or am i missing something??

Just put the mouse pointer over the tank you want to repair, if it is repairable then it will show the wrench... then click the left mouse button..

I know how to repair and what should appear on screen the moment a character has got a toolbox in his hands. But just nothing happens.
I even can't repair an ordinairy tank track, whatever I try or move :-(
