MS SideWinder FF2 Joystick settings?
 

I guess there are several people around out there still using the trustworthy MS SideWinder FF2 joystick, albeit FF seems not implemented yet.

I've been trying to find 'optimal' settings for this stick in CoD's Options to facilitate smooth & stable flight control & handling?

Is there anybody willing to share following settings for following Axes/Aircraft:

Sensitivity:... (my present setting: 0.50)
0% Dead Zone:... (my present setting: 0.00)
100% Dead Zone:... (my present setting: 0.00)

for

Aileron (Joystick + X Axis)
Elevator (Joystick + Y Axis)
Rudder (Joystick + RZ Axis)

What are your findings, plz?
