Anyone know more about this 109?

I own a Schipperke, might put a silhouette of him on my 109 in game if i can.

i know i know, but im bored trying to find stuff to do before release:rolleyes:

Sorry, couldn't find any thing so far.
I have a lot of books about it but this emblem seems to be a personal motive and not an
official emblem of a particular JG. I might be wrong but I can't find any reference to it and that might make it harder to find.

If you do find out however please let us know :)

Correct. It's a personal marking. I didn't find anything either.

I'm pretty sure this plane belongs to Josef Heinzeller. He was in 2.(J)/LG 2 and he flew a number of Bf-109s with that dog paint during 1940 operations. It was the dog he had during his childhood.
I found this infos with a picture of another bf-109 with the same dog paint.
