hi will it be coming out on pc(personal computer) and will it be coming to australia and have an english version

Yes, it will be on PC and yes, English version is on the way. It's too early to say when it will be available in retail stores in Australia, but you'll be able to purchase it using online stores immediately after worldwide relese if you want to:)
