zone triggers help
 

i need help in creating a trigger, i want it so that if team 1 moves into a zone, it becomes theirs, and if another team 2 moves into the zone it becomes theirs, and if team 1 takes it from team 2 it becomes thieirs again and so on. please help me to do this please what are the triggers to make this work
