Where is the manual found for space rangers 2

I downloaded the game from Steam for Space Rangers II. However, I didn't see any manual. Where can I get this?

It is either a pdf doc called manual in the installation folder, or is available for download from the Space Rangers 2 page on Steam. Also, from within game choose 'HELP' and the game should shrink to taskbar and open an interactive version of the manual.
