How To: Set the Spawn Locations and Victory Flags/Valuable Cargo Locations?

I want to set my map up for multiplayer games, but I don't know what entities to use for the spawn locations and other important entities. Please let me know what entities to use and how to configure them. Thanks!

Ok, I think I found the way to do it. Just copy the entities from one of the stock maps. Still need help with placing cover manually, please!
