BTW the game is on sale and listed as being in English but the screenshots are in Chinese! How curious, I didn't know it was available in non-western languages specially an Asian one.:grin:

It is probably translated by some dedicated players or group. Those are certainly not official stuff.

Then you must be totally wrong LOL
As you can see, there IS actually Mandarin version of KB:TL at the very start,
and the KB:AP version was also released in Taiwan quite awhile ago.
It DOES officially authorize by the russian company, translated into Mandarin, and sell all around the Taiwanese market.
