Necrovision: Lost Company
 

After entering the serial and launching the game,I am greeted by 5 error windows:

Did you get the game from STEAM? It looks like you downloaded not all files or the the setup file is corrupted.

No,I got it from gamersgate,but I'll try redownloading it...

Yep, it may be the solution, as these errors for sure are not related to your system.

I got this by launching from the shortcut that was originally made after installation.. the fix was to just create a new shortcut from the main executable and i never got the issue again.

turns out the problem lied elsewhere...
Thanks to The Bard on another thread and steam apparently,I've managed to get the game working by doing the "Cfg.RenderDevice" fix.
Now the game works just fine. I find that pretty weird,but no matter. :)

yep. this was the solution to these errors for me aswell. something wrong with the automatically made desktop shortcut.

BTW, when is the Retail of NvN:LC out in North America?
I can't seem to get any info on the release date @EB, they have No ETA for it.
Also, what is the listed price of LC going for?

Please don't tell me i need to get it through Steam, cause i Will NOT, just like i am STILL waiting for Serious sam HD 1st encounter.
Seems the NA market is getting screwed over these days when it comes to euro dev'd releases.
