Checking for Updates? (the patch?)
 

I don't know what's happening but my IL2 BOP is taking forever when checking for updates online
Fellow pilots report the same!
Could this be the patch boys!!:-P

Nope sorry mate its not the patch, its just your connection. The patch will happen (if ever) when you first launch the game. It will disconnect you from xbox live.

If your still having trouble mate then just reset your router etc, give it 30 seconds then turn it on again :D

Just dont be getting your hopes up for a patch lol

I ve the same problem today. But i think Foz is right : no patch...

Hey FOZ! Eagles Wrath reported the time being taken for the updates & he's American so this is worldwide, not my connection!:confused:
Also happened with all the online players I was talking too! Strange eh?

More than likely its just the servers then mate. It should be sorted soon enough.

That's a shame, when checking out the menu for Xbox 360 downloads for IL2 BOP( gamertag pictures etc), that wont connect either.

That'd be more indictive of DLC than a patch.

xbox marketplace has been messing up all day so it'll be something at the server end

Don't worry, its XBL in general. Its having a few issues today but should be sorted soon.
