Reaper bug?
 
1. My Soul drain is supposed to take 40% of the enemy stack, yet I've noticed it do more damage, i.e. out of 25 archdemons, only 11 were left (the top one with only 3 health). Not that I'm complaining exactly. My game version is 1.6b7.

Your version is rather old, try to update to 1.7
