Try picking a fight with the FBI agents in "Sheffered" and you'll discover that some of their voice files are British. I've worked on the ai.shadvs and replaced "male_eng" sound files with "male_usa" (the Americans have voice clip equivalents to the British, but for some reason are unused).

I've got the modified file ready for use!
