If there is enough interest im going to be putting some races together. We tried it with some jets and 190's today and its pretty fun. Right now the rules would be,

one chaser/judge, to ensure the rules are followed.
hieght limitation
specific course
no shooting
specific planes

What are you going to use as barriers (corners)

Dover Harbour has posts! It would be like reno air races.

They were using the river valleys on the Battle of the Bulge map.

Sorry to go a bit off topic, but since we're talking about flying in semi-tight places? Has anyone successfully landed in a city ie Stalingrad or tried Berlin? I did it in Berlin, down the main strip somewhere, can't remember what it's called? Anyway, just wondering if anyone else had succeeded?

I recommend racing the Po-2. That'd be just hilarious. If you can get this going on the PS3 (Which I reckon you coulnd't...no party system...) I'd love to.

Hey Wissam, if you want to get something going on PS3, get a text chat set up, make sure you're all on someone's friends list, get that someone to set up a game and send invites out. It's a bit hit and miss, and you may have to ask the odd random to play by the rules or leave, but it's possible :).

But yeah, a party system would be nice!

lol the Po-2 would be a laugh, but so slow it would make the race so intense

And the Po-2, if you so much as put the engine on starts pullling upwards, it'd be brilliant to try and keep that in line

good idea but split it into 2 race categories 1 for non shooting and 1 for shooting

Low level racing with shooting would litrally be 'Last Man Standing', because if anyone got out in front they would be shot.

The idea of racing sounds fun and could prolong the life of the game. I would be interested.

We have this game already and its name is WipeOut HD Fury :rolleyes:

I am currently going through maps and finding places to race, there needs to be landmarks of some sort otherwise it would be very difficult to keep track of.

We have one track down but i would like to have a few more to make things interesting.
