Xbox silver gamertag for 1C forum members to organize friends lists.
 

If anyone's interested, I created an XBOX 360 silver account for 1C forum members to add as a friend so that they can use the tag's friends list to find other forum members to fly with. It keeps you from having to add a bunch of tags to your own friends list. I know others have started threads as well, but I'd rather keep my friends list fairly clean and organized and this is a good way to do it.

I'll do my best to keep up with friend requests. Just to keep it clean, I'll only add you if you post here letting me know you want in, as well as sending the request over Live.

NOTE!!! The tag has now reached its limit of 100 friends and can't accept any more. Sorry.

I'll get you added. To clarify, what I did was to set up a xbl silver account for no other purpose than to use its friends list. Basically, that gamertag has a friends list comprised solely of forum members from here. That tag will show up in your friends list and you can select it, then view its friends list and invite whoever is online playing or join in joinable games. It's an easy way to find people playing BOP without adding 80 (as of now) people to your personal friends list.

Create a new silver account, remove one person from the previous accounts freinds list and add in the new account instead. Then it should still link up everyone in the friends list I think.

So, you're saying that it would then be a friend of a friend of a friend, right? I think you can only see your friends' friends list. If you try to view the friends list of a friend of a friend, it won't let you. At least that's the way I thought it worked. For example, if you are on the silver tag and view my personal profile, which is also a friend of the silver tag's, I don't think you can see my personal friends list.

I hope that makes sense. :confused: :grin:

With the 100-player limit, what needs to be done is to create a second silver gamertag, and have both gamertags also friend each other, and allow friends of friends to see each other. I'm not sure how that'll work for friends of friends of friends, though.

What/how can we do for organizing another list???

I think regional lists might be pretty cool. Maybe have a North American tag, European tag, etc. Might help with time zones, connection issues, etc. I would start another but real life has taken up a bunch of my time and I just don't want to try to manage another tag. I've only played the game about 3 times as it is. That's sad. :(

Anyway, managing a tag isn't really that difficult. You just have to make sure you check it often and regularly. It can all be done from your pc on xbox.com. That's how I did it, anyway.
