Xbox 360, PS3 or Both
 

Just curious to know who's buying what versions and why?

I've got both a PS3 and a 360, but I've gone for the 360 version because I prefer the online service.

I will change my order though, if it emerges that the PS3 version is significantly better.

Anton stated the both builds were pretty much identical.

I'm getting the 360 version as I suspect the PS3 version might be slightly worse, as seems to be the case with most multi format releases these days.

Although in all honesty the fact that I don't own a PS3 was probably be a larger factor in my decision.

i own 360 and ps3 and have ordered the 360-version.
xbox live is just way better as the psn. it´s worth every penny. :-)

going for the PS3 versdion, even though I have a 360 also... I experience no differences between PSN and xbox live other than the price tag, and I also dislike microsfts habit of bribing developers for exclusive deals. those reasons have caused me to stop using my 360 since november 2007, just because I do not wish to support a company that bribes developers and do not wish to pay for something that should've been free to begin with...

besides that, I think Sony needs some love, they've been getting alot of criticism lately, and most of it was unjustified in my opinion.

And I do believe the PS3 version is slightly better, since anton already said it has one more plane ( also could've been talking about the demo though), and the demo file was bigger than the 360's demo file, meaning there's either higher quality textures, or higher quality sound on the PS3 version...

Well not exactly. Saying that the PS3 Demo version is slightly better because the file was bigger than on XBOX 360 is nonsense. They are two totally different platforms, meanin the programming work made behind both versions are totally different. It's like compearing two files on Windows and Mac.

Xbox might have a bigger community.

If the ps3 version is (almost) identical to the 360 one i'm getting the ps3 version. Too many things to dislike about the 360 =)

I guess it's back to the old drawing board:-P

PS3 for me. The PS3 pad for me is much better for flight games, also the flightstick options are much cheaper.

I have both consoles, but I will buy BoP for the PS3, because I think, that the T.Flighstick Hotas X (good ergonomics and programable), I have got, is better than the Saitek aviator for both consoles. The Ace Edge for the XBox360 is too expensive for me, because I don't know how long I'm excited for BoP.

The PS3 BoP demo has a larger file because it has one more flyable plane than does the Xbox demo.

PS3. I think the PS3 will have more dedicated people online. Also I don´t own a 360...
