Am I patched?
 

I just restarted a new game, using the Steam version. ver 1.31 (build 6246)

The "Greedy" achievement counter is not going up, but it was supposed to be fixed. I am pretty sure I have the latest version, and I cleaned up my addon directories. I really don't want to do this second run through with a bugged version. :(

i got this achiev when my total gold in the backpack crossed 10mil, although for entire time i had zero in the journal

Same here, though I did so before the patch. Either way, you should be able to get this achievement without problem, even if it doesn't upgrade progress properly beforehand.

If I understood correctly what was written in the russian forum, the 6246 build is not the last patch. When I read it about 10 days ago there was one more patch. Although I don't know when/if it is ready for the english game.

Can you tell me if it will require me to "restart" the game or not? If it does, I will stop now. If it doesn't, I'll keep on going. Thanks!

I'm playing 1.3.1 [build 6248]--which would seem to be a higher (i.e., more recent) build than 6246. But I bought this version a week ago, and the OP said he'd just downloaded 6246, so I'm confused.

Steam automaticlly updates if u got that function on

as for boxed verions or DL from other sites
u might have to do it personally

and new releases are ussualy up to the latest patch

Can I get a roll call on what versions you guys are running? If you are using steam or not?

Should I just uninstall the game and reinstall? I'm getting worried that my "current" new version is... going to need a "new saved game" for the new patch? :(

I am really worried because I just used my Troll's Pacify, and... it didn't work. (I removed the "community patches" and hoped a lot of this would be fixed already).

same here, i per-ordered idk if that makes any difference, since you have that *extra* armor set, it could possibly make any influence on the game, just saying :)

razorflame, I can't help but feel there is another version because supposedly they made it so rune mages can't self cast runic on themselves now, but I did it. Still works.

Pacify for troll is busted (I realize there was a hand patch for this).

Datewise, it seems we are supposed to have another patch. Bleh. I guess steam usually does take longer but if it makes me restart it againt to fix saved game I'm going to be somewhat pissed.
