Here's how I know ...

IL2 COD

I is the 9th letter of the alphabet
L = 12
2 = 2
C=3
O=15
D=4

Add up 9, 1, 2, 2, 3, 1, 5, 4 and you get 27.

Add up the 2 and 7, you get 9

Then look at today's date

18 4 2012

Add up 1, 8, 4, 2, 1, 2 = 18

Add up the 1 and the 8 and you get 9.

Holy moly, an exact match!! Today must be the day chaps.

And it doesn't stop there. How many 9's did we get? That's right ... 2! And what is the second letter of the Greek alphabet?

I have checked to see if there is any similiarity in the weather patterns for 1940\2012 and unfortunately it doesn't look good for the patch today.

April 1940 - Dull with below average rainfall and slightly above normal temperatures.

In fact Oleg wanted today as release date of CoD but the 1C boss threw him out before he was half through with explaining that and thats why the game is so bugged :grin:

It's also possible that your cat has predicted the release of the beta and the official patch!

Even if the patch is Ready Today you can almost count on it being at least tomorrow or Friday before you can download it as it will almost certainly take longer to upload it to all the servers that will be provided (and let's hope a torrent as well) then it will to download. So I'm thinking no sooner than Friday, this will give them at least one more day to finalize everything and button it up. Just makes sense.
