Ghost flames....

...on the seats

So yeah - this is what I did when I got home for the holidays. Got the ol street car out and put some flames on the seats. I think it turned our fairly good.

That's a proper cockpit! I've got leather on my seats, wish for cloth instead.

Yeah - I'm a little extreme on cars. And no it's not exactly slow. It has around 700rwhp that gets 20+mpg (with the cruse on :) ) Gotta love boost ;)

@Tom - oh yes we use the clutch. I remember being less than 10 years old and being forced to drive the huge Semi trucks on the farm around. Then next thing you know I was powershifting and breaking things. The transmission, which is only a WCT5, has been apart more times than I can count. But it's fun nevertheless.

Your car is slow. You must build a new one. What shall you do with your current? Can I has? :-P

One is in the works - Should have 2500+hp and streetable (well kinda)- nice and fuel injected. If I get a chance to get back home for a couple months this year, I should have all the plumbing done. Maybe even get to dyno/tune it. Sadly, my traveling just keeps going up and up!

S!

I got nothing comparable, but at least something...a BMW M5 3.8 litre 6-cylinder. Built August 1993 and came with Nürburgring Edition suspension etc. I hope you like my "Focke Wulf" :D

raaaid 12-29-2011 12:29 PM

Nothing better than live experiments during childhood (interline reader pls turn away).

One of my first Flying Wonder was a 5kg powder powered canard-delta 2 ft long rocket glider with a smart NACA like airfoil. Wen you've got it in the veins no matter wht life brings to you, you'd get it your own way ...

The clutch joke was just for the fun. I was myself a late driver only licensed at the age of 20 ;)

That 'Stang is superb. Makes me looking weirdly at my Swedish *beast* for an outrageous bright Orange re-paint

@Flank : nice little monster you've got here

Flanker35M 12-29-2011 01:28 PM

S!

Thanks Tomcat :) M5 is something I dreamed for a LONG time and finally this year found one that met my requirements. And have not regretted buying it and the beast is in every day use. Sure not as powerful as Bliss has but 340hp is more than enough for me..for now ;)

Aw come on! You chaps haven't experienced anything until you remove the air filter from one of these babies.

It actually reduces your standing quarter time by a full day!

And I should know, I owned one in the early 80's.

It was great for racing with the milkman.

Nice flames Bliss mate!

TomcatViP 12-30-2011 01:12 AM

Does it comes with bright yellow flames  ?
