2nd unofficial patch...

IT CONTAINS:
-subtitle for all video conversations and more...(for deaf and non-English mother tongued people, and some subs for non-Germans and non-Russians :D)
-original Russian voices (for the authenticity :D)

(...I think this is a cheaper and more authentic method of the translations of games: original voices with foreign language subs...)


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Unpack the "Levels.vfs" file (which you can find in main folder of the game) with the "vfs. unpacker" (you got "Levels" map...)
2. Rename the "Levels.vfs" file (the game will work with unpacked "Levels" map...)
3. Unpack the engsub_dts.zip.rar and copy its "Levels" map to the main folder of the Death to Spies game (now the "unsubbed" Levels map have been overwritten...)
4. Play and see the result...(all people speak in his first language...)

IMPORTANT:
- .vfs unpacker need 2.0 .NET framesystem!!!
- before every new unpacking: push to "CLOSE" button in .vfs unpacker!!!



NOTES:
-I found and fixed some mistake in English texts. For example:
In English texts there is "Order of the Red Star", but in
original Russian (and in the game) there is "Order of the Red Banner"...
-Some Russian and English sentence have been changed with each other (because of cronological correction...)
-Etc. :D

Do I rename the "Levels.vfs" file as anything?:confused: I renamed it and when I started the game up, it didn't work.:confused:

Yes, and I copied and pasted the modifications onto the unpacked "Levels" folder. Does that matter?:confused:

This is what I get when I open up the unpacker.
Netframe 2.0(Korean language) is installed...
What should I do?

Try to update .NET Framework to 3.5.

Hmm...maybe this will work:

1. Download our Hungarian patch: CLICK HERE
(click on ".:LETÖLTÉS:." = DOWNLOAD -> see at ab. center of the page)


2. Run it! (our Hungarian patch is totally automated, and extracts the needed .vfs files...)

- it need at least 1GB free space on partition where the game's been installed!
- the time of installation may continue for 10-15 minutes!

3. Download the English files from AHO's site (and of course his great Enhancement Addon too, if you want!) http://aho.6x.to/

4. Overwrite the Hungarian files with English ones (before with AHO's files if you want)

Below is the list of .net frameworks that are installed in my com.
I failed to install 3.5 version because I get an error message at the end of the installing process.
I want to know what's wrong with my com.

Nope! You don't need it! Why would you need it? Our Hungarian patch will UNPACK the needed .vfs' and the AHO's files (both addon and English files) are also UNPACKED...

Try to uninstall them and download 3.5 from this link:

Does this adds the uncensored textures, if you have the censored version? Like I have the censored, can see SS but not the Swastikas etc.

If "this" would be the "2nd unofficial patch", the answer is: NO, it doesn't! :)

When you install let say 3.0, all the previous versions(1.0, 2.0) are automatically installed.

I just wanted to solve the netframework issue because I wish I could make a Korean subtitle mod with that.

Hmm...I think you didn't understand me...my "solution" doesn't need .net frame system! We have another .vfs unpacker, that doesn't need any .net frame system and that has been integrated into our Hungarian patch...so why don't you try out my "solution"...maybe it worth a try...doesn't it?
