I heard they new patch will have all problems fixed, items promised from the start, and be merged with a massive multiplayer wwii version of battlefield 3 using the frostbite 2 engine. Its gona be sick but you need at least 4 video cards crossfired to run it!!!.... this is all providing they get that pesky crossfire / sli bit working though...

Why do you some people here still believe the updates have any bearing in truth?
Every announcement comes with a "get out of it" clause.
Nothing has ever been on time since the game was released and even that was delayed, and 90% of what we have had makes no real fixes or progress as well, we still lack all the major functionality of a proper game such as full screen for pete's sake.
Just lay down under the bus, its better than been thrown underneath it.

Not really. Radio commands were not specified as part of the patch, it's strictly about graphics, sounds and some gameplay tweaks (revised ground handling physics, adjustments to bombsights, etc).
