Brilliant 109 Sounds!
 

IMHO you have hit the bulls eye with the 109. Especially with the fly by. The Brit planes need just a bid more tweaking. Fly by needs fine tuning and guns a bit more grunt. All in all:)

Can anybody post some gameplay vids of the new patch? I'm away from home (my desktop) and do not have access to the game till a week later. I really wanna hear the engine sound and see the new visuals. plzzz guys!! thanks :-P

The 109 sound is dope.:o The Hurricane is almost just as nice. 110 is great but i think it could be a bit louder, but it's getting there
For the first time in a long time I feel I'm missing out when I fly in locked pit online.:mrgreen:

There's still tweaking to do to the Spitfire and some other things, but this is a HUGE step forward. We got into a rather larger fight tonight online and so many different planes in a small area sownded awesome. :eek:

I tried it again, with headphones. The whisteling is more pronounced but on flybies I have the feeling that it sometimes gets swallowed by a muffled engine sound. I can't describe it perfectly though.

But then again, this is all beta and the new sound is certainly awesome. I will try to describe it better when the final patch is here. :)

from outside. it is super. but in the cockpit I miss the old one, because I cannot judge the Rev by hearing the engine sound. for me the sound almost no change as engine Rev changes execpt the apmlitude.:confused:

I'm finding this a bit more difficult in the spit.

So for me, I care the in cockpit sound more. Who flys this game without in the cockpit all day?

Especially from cockpit new sounds are 100x better than old ones. Not perfect yet, but waaay better.

I think in cockpit sounds need to be tweaked to make change in rev more noticeable, because I'm having the problem. Of not being able to judge the revs by ear. Outside sounds are awesome!

Need the in cockpit sounds to be indicative of engine rev for situational awareness in dogfight
