DE/HU/PL Localization 4.13.1 help
 

Release 4.13.1 is close to release, but actually we don't have support for translate i18n files in Polish, Hungarian and German languages. Primary is need german language.

If anybody know structure i18n files and can help us translate in any missing language, please give know us in this thread.

Last step - Hungarian ...

Dear Sita,

The Hungarian files seem not to have been properly updated to 4.13 either. E.g. Svalbard, Tobruk, and New Britain are plainly missing in the HU map file, and so do many planes, squads, commands, and messages introduced with 4.13 (or long before). I have not noticed this until now as I never use the localized version.

Making a proper update to the HU files would require checking each file line by line. I doubt whether it's worth the effort. I updated, so far as I could, the hud_log, controls, gui, and maps files, but there's no guarantee that they are complete now. As to the rest (plane, regInfo, regShort, technics, weapons), it's better to use the EN files instead.

I think I can translate the i18n to Hungarian

I thought of a nice little thing that could be added later, when you hover your mouse over a icon on on-line start screen, it tells you what aircraft are available there.

Q.
Is DT going to eventually make vehicles "flyable", I still think rolling around in a tank, or driving a aaa truck would be fun sometimes, and it may boost online players, as it would attract Army guys. And ships as well, for the nautical enthusiast. Maybe a couple of the small PT type boats.
