i was on your server :) and i got good fps around 60 on medium settings at 1360x768 but there was stuttering...not sure if that was you me or the game :( all an all it was fun.

I found that when u run out of planes you have to create another "group" and designate the number of planes and that creates X number of new slots :)

Hi Leadfarmer,just tried your server! Good fun,but you know the 109's are spawned empty,with no ammo? Seems to be a bug.

Me too Uther - 110's were OK - got 1 spit with my 110 :) 109 bugis a biggy - how can you have a BOB DF server without 109's wth ammo -a red plot I tell you lol

FYI I was getting 60-70 fps - running 1680*1050 mostly medium- no stuters at all very smooth - What good little "Beta Testers" we all are LOL

is it possible to select a personalized 109 ? own number, own gunnery settings etc.... would be nice to know.

Can anyone help me? I can't seem to join the server. I am typing in the correct IP but I keep getting a timeout error. I have this computer on a DMZ on my router so all the ports should be open.

Umm, yeah, how do we join a server. I go in the game and press 'multiplayer' then change to 'internet' and nothing comes up. Shouldn't there be heaps coming up? Now I'm not sure if you join a server in the game or through Steam. Can someone help.

thx, was fun.
Was able to join and hop into a Me110.
Did some airfield straffing

And fps weren't that bad either, low 20th over the busy airfield on the big map

server will come back online in about 10-15min, 109's should have ammo then

All planes have guns now :)

Fine tuning... some spawn points have ammo, some do not.. nearly there :)

Would love to join but busy cooking in preparation for Mother in law coming around for dinner :(

it crashes sometimes due to squdron errors or some such.
try not change squadrons. the default seems to work best

Was big fun! Thanks. How to chat? And i can't get the AI in the air. Sometimes they don't even start engines and when they do they keep turning on the same spot. I noticed server stats only records own deaths, not other players death/kills, only ping.

We need soem Dogfight server up. The mission with 3 Airfield at each end of the channel was delightful, whoever made it.

Is this an actual server running 24/7 or of someones pc? if so, what times are you up and running?!?!

guys its back up. it will become a 24/7 128-256 slot server once the US version is out. im hosting this out of my house trying to contribute to the great little comiunity we have here. It crashes at this stage of the game release. im sure it will become a classic and a master peace just like IL2 did.

LeadFarmer, maybe the port is forwarded/opened ? Don´t have another explanation for this amount of people not able to connect to your server including me.

Can you enable in your mission Parachutes :grin: or are they disabled in Mp by default ?

Ummm can someone tell me if they're aware if the Multiplayer in the game is up and running yet. I still have nothing coming up when I search for servers using 'internet'. I'm now starting to wonder if there are any servers at all or perhaps could it be my Norton is blocking them. Help.

According to Luthier, it is a bug related to Steam. A fix is promised to be included in tomorrows patch.

Nah mulpiplay is as working as it was 2 days ago. Still cant find servers or seem to connect to anyone´s using direct connect

the serverlist thing will be fixed on friday. but the new patch makes you able to choose your own ammunition-belts and gun conversions. also it fixes the gunnery bug which made it so ******* hard to aim.

I am on a server right now which appeared in the list which has the option "Cannot switch planes enabled" :grin::grin::grin: .

Well, until friday it will be a hit or miss with this hosting thing.

I hope the patch fixes things a bit especialy the errors and crashing.

it really much sucks that the CEM is disabled, 109 doesnt have the engine power its supposed to have and the spits and hurricanes can go negative g's how they want and the engine has unlimited power....

at least put CEM on but engine overheat off, thanks.

tbh, i find the planes a lot more stable engine wise if you have control of teh radiator than not.

How to you load the patch and where do you find it. Does it automatically load when you open Steam to play the sim? I just opened Steam and nothing happened so I'm assuming you have to find the patch somewhere to load it.

Hey. Its a Beta Patch which means its nothing official now. People can download and install it manually until it comes out today for everybody. Just extract the files into your main game folders and click on overwrite if asked for it. When the patch finally comes out for the public today the beta will be overwritten so no probs.
