UK Steam now downloading
 

Just thought to let you know that I am currently downloading my UK Steam version of CoD. Does anyone know how will I get the license key, are they sending it on e-mail? :P

License key is usually provided at the first launch of the game..

i thought that for once i'll buy a game from anywhere else than steam because steam has made me wait for everything between 6 and 14 hours longer than those who buy games from other e-retailers, and wouldn't you know : the one time i chose non-steam download steam is ahead of the pack!!

still waiting for gamersgate to find out that it is officially the 31st in scandinavia now

Found the license key on the library section of steam program (right clickin the game).

60% downloaded :)

got mine at 23.00 cet, i'm in Portugal and joining the DL party...

it doesnt appear to be advertised on steam anywhere, but i found farming simulator easy enough, perhaps as it says in the video i should tend to those fields that await me in my combine harvester zzzzzzzz lol

Downloading it as we speak in Australia also.

For anyone wanting to see their allocated CD key from steam, simply right click on the game in the steam game library, and select "View game CD key".

Steam should show you this CD key in the bottom right corner when you launch the game, and will continue to do so until you tell it otherwise.

Shift + tab is the default to open the steam community overlay when in-game.

Here in Spain downloading it as we speak 86% :)

I think you'll need a VPN client to download it. I was thinking of trying the Direct2Drive, rather than Steam. Once it is validated by Steam, I am guessing it will work fine with the VPN disconnected. If it was downloaded by Steam, I would guess you might need the VPN client working all the time.
