For those of you who remember Scragbat, sadly he has passed away
 

Scragbat was one of the founding IL2 movie-makers and a good friend of mine. On Friday he was buried at a private family service after having succumbed to Cancer which took his life at what I consider to be far too young an age. There's not much more to say other than he inspired me and it was his suggestion that led me to take up simulations and movie-making.

The longer we all hang here and other people join and enjoy combat sim sites a brotherhood develops. I have been on sim boards since 2000, and always enjoyed the community.

There is a comradeship that is very real among us.

We will miss this brother and I wish his family well.

Sad news indeed, I remember his movies well.
He and others like him showed the way for many.
