Has anybody downloaded the demo? im having trouble getting it working :confused: anybody eles played it?

I have downloaded the demo, it works fine here.
On my desktop PC and also my laptop.
I used google translate to convert the in-game russian text to english, makes it a lot easier to navigate the menus.

AWESOME GAME !!!! Really looking forward to the full game.

I will be buying this on the xbox AND PC when it comes out.

Huge improvement over the previous games.

Im a console gamer and have a mac, so no demo for me. Hoping they dont cut too much out from PC TO XBOX.

There will find two links, one to the demo installer and another to the demo plus directx9, Microsoft. NET Framework 5.3 i think

Whenever I try and download the demo my virus protection stops it and says recent attack attempted on computer? im using norton

I got it downloaded and went through the installer but whenever I click on the desktop icon it does nothing. Please help

Did you get only the installation file of the demo (622 Mb) or the one with DirectX 9, Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5?

Only the 622mb one but i have DirectX 9 and Microsoft .NET Framework (not sure which one but ill update it) Also is there a program for translating the installer cos i dont read russian and I cant copy & paste the text to google translator?

The installer is pretty simple, it's hard to do anything wrong in it. Try to update both DirectX 9 and Microsoft .NET Framework. It may help.

Yea i just re-installed the whole thing and it still didnt work so im currently upgrading to .NET Framework 4

Nothing is working so im downloading the one with directx and framework but its gonna take 4 hours, thankyou for your help tho

I have an Acer Aspire X3200, not much of a computer wizz so thats all I can tell you sorry, also it has an AMD phenom X3 and 3GB ram

I ran it last night and was unplayable, very slow

okay i just played the demo.the demo was cool but graphix need to be polished.and th trucks needed a v8.the mud was cool but the truck stayed way to clean and there was no major mud spray.but if it stays the way it is with no free roam will only buy when i find used copy

ye i downloaded both versions and the direct 9 and framework separately and still cant get it to work.. will there be a demo out for xbox?

Yea I was wondering that, im not much of a computer person so will there be an english Xbox demo that we can download via Xbox live?

ya ive got it but my computer is slow to play it plus the screen is cracked but yes it does work but not in american. you have to like click things you think would go to play it i had to lol
