As I expected, they are pushinh back the release date as much as possible, but without exceding the deadline

Thus far I have not heard of any such thing. They said first quarter of 2010. That would mean no later then March 31, 2010. No other info was provided.

They have 3 months, they are releasing it in the third month. We'll see if the release date is before March 20th

by the time we get this game, it will be set 4 years in the past not 4 years in the future haha!

They say March 2010, meaning they don't have an actual release date yet. It also means that it almost certainly will not be released in March. Setting up the distribution chain, with license agreeements etc, requires a specific release date to specified a couple of months in advance. Since we haven't even heard anywhere that the english version of game is finished, as in porting text and voice acting, March is just wishful thinking.
Don't get me wrong, I WANT this game ASAP, I just don't it happening before the summer (northern hemisphere).

I have no doubt it will, there's too much of a profit to be made from it to miss out on for the developers. But I, too, doubt we'll see it before the end of March. I predicted as much back in August.

They'll tell us when they know something. They haven't told us anything so they probably don't have an exact date yet.
