Demon army warrior on hard with no loss?
 

Well, since my old thread about Necro warrior got concluded with the sad fact that undead can't be ressurected easily, I shifted my focus towards a similar strat that I used to beat KBTL with.

I'm lvl 12 atm, no losses yet and about 70 battles in, got a black dragon (soon to be 2), Succubi, Demons, Executioneers and Demonologists. So far I can easily win with the Demon/Demonologist summons serving as meatshields and landing the Blackie nearby to be the off-tank.

Even heroes tend to focus on the summons.

But can this be done no-loss style with super bosses? My only way to bring back lost troops is the Demonologist life drain or Ressurect (which is shitty at least atm considering I'm a warrior).

Well if u fight first bosses they have only single spellss .what when you will mit zagzag which uses geyser? :p

I haven't beat the game yet with any other hero so I don't know who uses what. Zig Zag is the orc guy on Anchor? Is he really that keen on geyser?

yep he is.he is mostly geysering sometimes sheep but mostly geyser

I haven't fought him but I hate him already. He sounds gay. GAYsering it up doesn't help.

Wait till you make a mage that double-GAYsers...

Well, I'm not exactly good to go against Zig Zag yet, with around ~4500 leadership, and no target.

In my game, Zag Zag didn't use geyser, he cast lightning twice before I killed him. Thank god for paladins.

So how didyou find executioners, succubus and demons at that lvl? lucky boy. havent find one atm, and im lvl 25

Too bad I still can't find Demonologists. I bought 17 from Rusty Anchor I think but I can't find any more of em..

Exactly sneak to shettera and you wil stell as many as you want. I am constantly steling executoniers and demonologist from there

Hmm there's one island that may have the demonologists I seek. It's northwest from Verona. Is it unlocked via quest or something?

What do u mean by steal? How can i sneak to Shettera? Havent find that place/island yet :o

It means to first steal the scroll to open up the map - stealing meaning get it without fighting, by pulling the guard and stealing it before he comes back.

After you do that you go to shettera and evade everything while buying units, then bail out.

Well shettera map can be found in many places .. and you can get there no matter what level iwas lvl 14 when i was there first.

My way was umkas -> nameless and on nameless map of shettera was even unguarded.

What about the island northeast of Verona, I know it's kinda OT, but I haven't found demonologist anywhere else.

I have tons of them on nameless and shetttera but nameless is bugged on my game and i am intanlty atacked by hero on the ship there .. and his kind astrong so prefer to go to shettera

Well I told you, there are none for me on either Shaterra or Nameless, so my best bet is that island I can't find a map for yet..

Well I havent foujnd that yet. Iss there a location for the scroll? But n sometimes the units that guard the scrolls doesnt move and persue me, so its harder...
buut i am looking forward to those´troops

I just went through the KBAP info thread. The island's name is Montero, and apparently there are no scrolls for it..

I find sneaking much harder on AP than on TL... havent still find the maps that unlock that demon island so I can get those units and im lvl 26.

Still wondering how u did it in lvl 12/15. well, or u were just lucky. but thats a great start

Stealing has nothing to do with level .. i cna do it on level 1 as well .. it requires some patience and tries but its worth it

Just an update.. I'm lvl 24, STILL on 17 goddamn demonologists, but I'm steamrolling lethal opponents. I beat ZigZag by overwhelming him with units in the first round (phantom + demon summon + demonologist summon) and he SHEEPED a cerberi.

He made that mistake and he never got another chance to cast a spell.

Things that tremendously help out my Demons and Executioners are two axes - one that grants +3 attack and +30% crit on all axe-weilders, and another axe that grants +20% damage to axe weilders. Their clones and summons alone can take an absurd amount of punishment while dishing out damage it's not even funny.

Now, if only I could find more demonologists... I have hypnotize but I don't have chaos magic (for sacrifice) so I can't raise them on my own...
