If you want a U.S. type based on planes already in the game, you could include the P-70 Havoc, the F4U-2 (or F4U-4N) or the P-38M. The Soviets could use the Pe-3 or Yak-9 nightfighter variants. The Italians could use the Re.2001 CN. If you wanted to make the Luftwhiners squeal with delight, you could consider adding the Heinkel He-219 Uhu to the game. If you're just wanting to do conversions of existing planes, the Bf-109 and Ju-88 NJ variants would make solid mates to the Bf-110. Sadly, the P-61 Black Widow, the one night fighter that every U.S. player wants will never be in the game. Damn you Northrop Grumman! |

well, if we have hte mossie he will have multiple preys. He111 Ju 88 and surely He177. Instead of it, a Luftwaffe NF will have only Wellington and enemy NF. There is a British four engined bomber planned for 4.13 /4.14??

And if there will be night fighters in the game, Ju-88 is a must have. Primarily a C6, and maybe a G variant. In fact, the C6 alone is more important than the Me-110G4, more than 2500 built. |

Agree, even Do 17/217 NF versions would be great. But my point is that those birds will need enemy bombers to kill. At early war, there are Blems and the wimpy coming in 4.12. For medium late / war scenery we need 4 engined bombers. Still we have Mosquito, a great pathfinder. |
A Lancaster or a Halifax are more than possible... just a matter of modelling :D

EDIT: I was referring to the Mk. VI and later versions. Earlier variants were available in the MTO as early as 1942. |
