One place i found interface mod (and others) available is:

http://spammmods.narod.ru/kb

The files with eng in the name are for english version obviously.

Here's the 3 mods I use, was damn hard finding them, almost all sources seem to have dried up so decided to reupload here for others.

Im confused by all these versions, do these work with the english Steam version?

Yes, or at least they did last I played my English Steam version. (which I haven't heard has changed)
