I need your input on the # of flak guns. Smooth gameplay vs realism and difficulty.

Let me know if its not too easy

Thanks mate will look at it when get home from work, can't stand it when it intrudes on my flying lol

im think i know why we are randomly crashing, i was sitting here testing the server when i got a message saying "launcher has encountered and error and must close" as soon as i tryed to start it back up it said it cold not connect to steam and closed again :(
this is going tobe a major problem if they dont fix it...we cant have our servers crashing because they lose touch with the mother ship:evil:
it took 5 attempts for me to get connected again, and there is nothing wrong with internet

 Weird...... I can see your server in the internet list but just get a timeout when trying to join.

Usually I can join with no problem. Has something changed?

EDIT: Now it seems to let me in. Just one of "those things" I guess. :)

This steam thing is starting to piss me off.

Is there a way to run the server without it>?

it just happened again:(:(, oleg said! we could use HL and i hope this is true , if the game has to check in with steam when launched that will be fine but having an umbilical cord will cause major problems...its already gone down on me 14 times because steam had a ...hiccup!

on the bright side i found a way to do map rotations (if you didn't already know) and automate messages :) i feel like its 2005 again..scripts and all :)
S!

HI,

could you pls add AI plane groups? (for example Heinkels attacking airfield and after finishing mission and RTB another group spawns)
Sky seems a bit empty.

Also i recognized that map in menu displays the lower corner. Some people dont know that they have to scroll up to pick airfield

oddBall,

How would I get the map to restart lets say every 3 hours.
I there a way to do that or is this still something that needs to be figured out>?

I Have been briefly looking at the syndicate guys post so I guess it is not possible atm.

It is possible but its a bit convoluted, or my solution is, have to keep calling cmd files, attached is what I am using ATM for 2 hour rotation of two missions with logging switched on and count downs in the last five minutes.

syn.cmd is the launch file and starts the cycle going. It works on my dedi server at home in short cycles. Obviously you need to change mission names and maybe the time before calling the first chat file. Have a look.
